Mil gracias

Re: Santiago Alvarez A #011-866-266
Hon.  Judge Fiarcloth:
I am writing to you on behalf the pending hearing of Santiago Alvarez.
Allowing me to make a statement on Santiago‘s character, since I have know him and his family for over 35 years.  Santiago believes strongly in the principles of family and integrity, and is a kind and sincere man.  Like every Cuban who came to this great country, which stands for liberty and justice for ALL, since Castro took over our nation in 1959; Santiago has always supported any anti-communist activities against the brutal regime that rules Cuba.  As a prominent developer in South Florida for 49 years, his positive contributions have benefited not only the Cuban Americans, but the community at large.
Hon. Judge Fiarcloth, Santiago Alvarez is not a threat to our nation.  On the contrary, Santiago has served in the United Sated Armed Forces, in conclusion, I believe Santiago to be a decent, honorable man who is loved dearly by those who know him, and strongly believe in the freedom for Cuba.
I respectfully ask you to understand and benevolence when the time comes for you to dictate his sentence.  There is nothing wrong with his desiring Cuba ’s freedom from communism to keep him incarcerating indefinitely by ICE, Santiago served the sentence ordered by Judge Cohn.  Justice should be done so that He can be reunited with his family in Miami, Florida.
Sincerely,
